We are seeking a skilled Project Manager, with an Engineering background, to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. Join a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in the construction and engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of MEP projects, ensuring they meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all MEP systems meet required standards and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential project challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with 6 years prior experience as a project manager on a range of project types.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and proficiency in project management software; experience with Revit is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
