Salary range for this position is $105,000-$125,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position

**Pay** : $105-125k

**Location: Guthrie, OK**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Creates and executes project work plans utilizing existing project software and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

+ Identifies resource specifications needed and partners with field operations to assign individual responsibilities.

+ Manages the subcontractor relationship on projects (identification, contracting and management)

+ Manages day to day operational aspects of a project and scope via project software and customer communication.

+ Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client and/or posting to project software.

+ Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.

+ Prepares for project reviews and quality assurance procedures.

+ Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.

+ Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately within the project software.

+ Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis

+ Manages project budget.

+ Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.

+ Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices

+ Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization within the project software.

**Qualifications:**

+ 5 10 years project management experience, preferably in the cathodic protection or construction industry

+ Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both written and spoken

+ Experience with project tracking software required, experience with Dovico Time Tracking software a plus.

+ Strong client interface and customer service skills

+ Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical ability.

+ Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner.

+ Demonstrated Team Player

+ Ability to multi-task, able to effectively handle multiple priorities and responsibilities.

+ Demonstrated problem solving skills.

+ College degree or equivalent work experience

+ NACE CP1 certification preferred.

+ Ability to work in a fast pace environment.

+ Ability to build rapport

+ Ability to perform well under pressure.

+ Cost analyst and budgeting experience required.

**Physical Demands:**

+ May be required to lift and or pull up to 50 pounds and must be physically capable of performing manual tasks without restrictions.

+ Occasional standing and walking required throughout day and in inclement weather and difficult terrain.

+ Occasional stooping, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, and twisting required.

+ Computer-related activities such as typing and viewing a computer monitor are required.

+ Required to drive/travel to project and client sites as needed.
