Mandatory Qualifications: 1.Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager 2.Minimum seven (7) years of experience working on implementing a Health and Human Services eligibility system within one of the domains of Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or Child Support 3.Five years' Experience with Agile development and technical project management Desirable Qualifications: 1. Minimum of one (1) project as project manager responsible for managing a budget greater than $50 million with matrix managed/vendor sourced deliverables 2.Minimum of one (1) completed project as project manager which is federally funded requiring project management activities to conform to federal requirements prior to project implementation (e.g., testing, deployment, pilot, and other federal program specific requirements). 3.Minimum seven (7) years of experience managing government projects 4. Minimum ten (10) or more years of experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard system development life cycle methodologies 5. Minimum of three (3) projects as the project manager accountable for end-to-end software development lifecycle management inwhich each project had defined phases for initiation, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operational support. 6. Bachelor's or Master's degree with coursework in Information Technology, Business or Public Administration, Project Management and/or Communications 7.Current PMP or PgMP certification from the Project Management Institute
