FSI General Contractor's Project Manager provides the overall leadership for the execution of successful outcomes on commercial projects. The Project Manager is accountable for safety, managing client expectations, schedule, budget, cash projection, and quality performance to ensure work is completed on time, within budget and up to expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct overall project.
* Manage all functions of assigned projects throughout all phases of construction. Functions include Customer satisfaction, Safety, Project Schedule, Construction Planning, Cost Control Procedures, Contract Administration, Change Orders negotiations, Subcontractor/supplier coordination.
* Coordinate with Superintendent on maximizing labor and equipment productivity.
* Review and approve subcontractor/supplier invoices.
* Review and approve subcontractor agreements and PO's.
* Monitor timely execution of subcontract agreements and insurance certificates prior to commencement of subcontractor work.
* Ensure daily reports are completed by the Superintendent.
* Monitor drawings, procedures, and submittal process.
* Edit and review job costs weekly.
* Review and update project schedules.
* Facilitate project close outs.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
* Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
* Use of Microsoft Suite products a must, Bluebeam and Timberline (Sage) preferred.
* Tasks must be completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Communication is to be timely and clear.
