We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager for a client's team based in Texas. This role involves overseeing the execution of diverse energy projects, primarily focused on solar, energy efficiency, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including subcontractors and materials.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project financials and track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on energy projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Texas energy market and regulations.
• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, energy efficiency measures, and HVAC systems.
