Description Job Summary:Lead and execute a large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment project across Oklahoma. Oversee all aspects of the project, from design and planning to construction and deployment. Mentor and guide the project team to deliver exceptional results.Join our True Blue team today inOklahoma! Benefits include health, dental, vision plans, life and disability coverages, comprehensive retirement plans, family support benefits, mental health and wellness resources, and more.Key Responsibilities: Champion Ledcor's safety culture and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.Lead the development and implementation of Project Safety and Security Plans (PSSP).Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Delegate project control processes and oversee construction costs and budgets.Lead the development of comprehensive project estimates.Guide the risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.Lead the selection, procurement, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance.Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management in the telecommunications industry.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (desirable but not essential).Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices and methodology.Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in motivating, coaching, and mentoring team members.Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members.Ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges.Working Conditions:This position will require travel throughout the state of Oklahoma up to 25% of the time.When not traveling, this position does have the ability to work from home.Company vehicle will be provided for all required travel.Additional Information:Company DescriptionLedcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
