Project Manager - Metric Geo : Job Details

Remote Project Manager opportunity for candidates with experience in Industrial or Warehouse construction. You will be running between 2-4 projects concurrently and traveling to projects 3 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Management of all phases of construction: precon, permitting, construction through closeout
• Monitor project goals, costs, schedules and quality assurance
• Propose value engineering solutions to reduce project costs and check all specifications and drawings
• Assist with vendor selection and work with local municipalities and contractors

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on Industrial or Warehouse projects
• Ability to work remotely from your home office and travel to projects throughout the country
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
