Job Description :
The Project Manager will be responsible for all renovation projects, and new construction for the system. The will work closely with the Director of Engineering to coordinate all work as needed to minimize impact to operations and ensure successful handoff of completed space. The Project Manager will report directly to the COO and be part of the Operations & Finance Division. Working Conditions: Some exposure to hazards or risks. Heat, noise, dust and dirt, areas requiring infection control. Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions, sometimes under stress. Work whatever hours are necessary to maintain facility in a safe manner including nights and weekends. Personal Contacts: Administrative, medical, supervisory staff, employees, patients, representatives of governmental agencies, architects, contractors, vendors, etc. Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with the above contacts.EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in an Engineering, Accounting, or Business Field or 10 years' experience in similar role. The ability to read, comprehend and transmit complicated detailed instructions in writing and orally. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in the use of Windows based office
