You will be joining a 40 year established commercial general contractor, running ground up projects from permitting through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out permitting procedures
- Writing scopes of work and contracts for each of the trades
- Creating and managing project budgets, schedules and submittal logs
- Reporting on project progress versus schedules and cost versus budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Construction related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in using ProCore
- Experience leading ground up commercial projects at a minimum value of $10M
