Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for projects.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure robust safety plans tailored to project needs.
- Serve as the main liaison with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align goals and objectives.
- Coordinate contract deliverables, quality testing, and reporting requirements with Pre-Construction and Field Supervision teams.
- Design staging, logistics, and phasing plans to streamline project workflows.
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and performance.
- Manage project startup, including permitting, mobilization, and team onboarding.
- Lead project scheduling, updates, and regular coordination meetings.
- Drive quality control and safety compliance across all phases of the project.
- Monitor budgets, labor forecasts, and material/equipment expenditures.
- Oversee project closeout processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Mentor and guide assistant project managers and interns, helping them grow their careers.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Or relevant experience).
- At least 4 years of construction experience, with expertise in managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction.
- Proficiency in project management software like Prolog or equivalent systems.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
