As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless execution of projects, ensuring every phase—from planning and coordination to installation and close-out—is managed efficiently and with excellence. You'll oversee tasks, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results and elevate customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of post-order activities, champion compliance with company procedures, and make a tangible impact with every project you lead.

This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Projects: Manage project scope, strategy, and coordination with teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Plan and Present: Develop labor quotes and schedules, delivering them confidently to clients.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Collaborate with Client Services on order entry and delivery timelines.
  • Stay on Schedule: Monitor shipping dates to align with project deadlines.
  • Prepare for Installations: Review sites and specifications to ensure readiness.
  • Keep It Organized: Maintain clear and detailed project documentation.
  • Supervise Installations: Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Follow Through: Manage project close-outs, resolving punch lists and securing client sign-offs.
  • Communicate Updates: Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate and Travel: Attend meetings, contribute to planning, and travel as needed.
  • Support the Team: Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum four years of project management experience
  • Experience in contract furniture, interior construction, or real estate plus familiarity with industry-specific product and technical knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook)
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to work beyond standard hours
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and offering solutions with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
