Job Summary: Oversees planning, coordination and execution and of multiple small projects and initiatives in Digital organization working with senior stakeholders across the company.

Requires proficiency in analyzing and solving problems related to projects. Ability to be proactive and independent, and to be interdependent on the team. Requires outstanding relationship management skills to work across several technical teams to get to project completion. Requires vast knowledge of important elements of project management, i.e. the project description, the project span, quality, needed resources, possible risk, relevant regulations and guidelines, most viable options, relevant tools, and methods available for execution. Ability to be flexible and pivot based on risks, challenges or other events.

Project Planning:

Assists in developing project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.

Contributes to project scope definition and documentation.

Help with resource allocation and task assignments. Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting project

Progress Tracking and Monitoring:

  • Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues and risks.
  • Update project management tools and dashboards with relevant data.
  • Identify and escalate project risks to senior stakeholders and team members

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports and updates.
  • Manage meeting agendas and minutes.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain project documentation and files.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost control.
  • Prepare project deliverables and presentations.

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Business Administration or similar area of study, and five to seven years previous experience.
