OVERVIEW
Data Link Technology Services, LLC (DLTS) located in Tempe, Arizona is currently looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in commercial Structured Cabling and similar projects to include security and access integration.
Project Managers with DLTS are responsible for the administration and execution of assigned projects in a safe, profitable and timely manner with a focus on client satisfaction.
Preferred candidates will have proven experience Project Managing in one or multiple categories listed below on Hard Bid, Design Build, and CMAR projects:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Has overall responsibility for project success, including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfactionParticipates in the business development process including client contact, relationships, proposals, presentations, and negotiationsAdministers contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, insurance, etc.Participates in preparation of reviews and estimatesChampions the transition of projects from estimating phase to operationsCoordinates with project superintendent means and methods for profitable executionReviews and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustmentsProvides feedback to estimators for use in future bidding or negotiations, with emphasis on subcontractor performance evaluationsParticipates in activities to support the company's strategic planning effortsQUALIFICATIONS
Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.5+ years working in construction5+ years in a project management roleThorough knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques, selective engineering disciplines, cost control systems, building systems and components, project scheduling methods and techniques, contractual language and ramifications are required.Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts, ability to coordinate and supervise some group work effort, and ability to represent the company on any matters which are essential.Individual must be self-motivated, possess strong communication/interpersonal skills, and be confident in his/her ability to develop and manage the entire estimating function.Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week which may involve after hours and weekends (non-standard business hours) when client needs dictate.Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programsNote: Job Description is subject to change at any time and may include other duties as assigned.
