Title: Project Manager

Duration: Fulltime

Work Location: (Hybrid) 2 days Remote and 3days onsite-Gaithersburg, MD-20879

As of now we are considering only US-Citizens and Gc's.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Systems, Business or other related discipline. Master's degree or project management certification is preferred.

• Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP®) or PMI-) is required.

• At least (10) years of experience in project management.

• At least five (5) years of experience in managing IT related projects and must demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.

• At least five (5) years of experience in the following areas:

• Software Development Life Cycle

• Configuration Management

• Risk Management

• Communication Management

• Building and Managing Project Teams

• Scheduling (WBS/Level of Estimate)

• Earned Value

• Change Management

• Quality Assurance to include the following aspects:

• Creating test plans

• Managing testing

• Organizing results

• Possess expertise in at least four (4) of the following types of systems:

• Asset Management

• Budget Systems

• Document Management Systems

• Financial Systems

• Human Resource Systems

• Infrastructure Support

• Maintenance Management

• Management Reporting

• Procurement Systems

• Project/Program/Portfolio Management Systems

• Business Process Improvement

• Prior experience leading efforts where SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies were employed in System Design (e.g. system personalization/customization)

• Excellent contract management, coordination and organizational skill
