We are partnering with a leading construction management firm seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to oversee high-impact life sciences construction projects. This is a dynamic opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within this specialized sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of life sciences construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality controls, ensuring successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols specific to life sciences facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their goals and expectations are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar facility projects.
• Knowledge of life sciences construction processes, including clean rooms, laboratories, and research facilities.
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• PMP certification (a plus).
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
