Wynn Construction is an OKC based construction company that is celebrating its 80th year anniversary. We perform work in multiple sectors including, new commercial construction, renovation, civil, industrial, and treatment plants. We have the ability to self perform concrete, earthwork, utilities, and carpentry. We perform projects from $500,000-$80,000,000+ all over the state of Oklahoma and surrounding states.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all subcontractors and suppliers through out project.
- Build, track, and enforce schedule of the project
- Work with superintendent on a daily basis to assist in completing a quality, quick paced and profitable project.
- Be the primary contact for the project owner and design team, and attend all meetings.
- Work with assistants and oversee progress of all submittals, RFIs, executed contracts and PO's and all other project documentation.
- Track job costs, develop change orders, perform monthly pay apps.
- Carry yourself professionally and fair, to be a positive representative for Wynn Construction
Qualifications
- 4 Year Degree
- Self Motivated, driven individual with problem solving skills
- Experience showing a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Compensation: Based on experience and ability
