Project Manager - Confidential : Job Details

Some key tasks:

• Update all production SOPs for accuracy.
• Update all production training guides and tests.
• Work closely with production engineers and operators.
• Manager the cross-training model---moving operators through a training schedule that will last 9-12months and ensuring trained (won't be performing the training, just making sure moving along in it).
• Interface with operators and potentially union committee members.
• Help with the logistics of a new people structure.
• Help advise on equipment or control room upgrades to make new structure work (doesn't have to be a SME but can gather the data that upper management needs to implement).

Qualifications:

• BS preferably in Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience within the chemical industry
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP experience preferred
