We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead large-scale projects across New York City's five boroughs. Prior experience managing HVAC projects within educational settings is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and high-quality execution.
• Manage all aspects of project planning, including procurement, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and school district officials to align project objectives with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project milestones.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and maintain open, transparent communication with all stakeholders to address progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager, successfully overseeing large, complex projects.
• Experience with HVAC projects in school or educational environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industry standards, and relevant building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.
