Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, promoting a culture of safety across all project teams.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage project finances, while fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- Supervise field operations to guarantee quality control and successful project completion.
- Mentor junior engineers and cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to align project execution with client goals and company objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and other business development events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing geotechnical or construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
