Project Manager - Lakanto : Job Details

Description

Join the Business Process Management and IT team as a Project Manager and take the lead on organizing and driving projects that support the development of products and process improvements for Lakanto, Happy Elephant, and arau.baby. You'll collaborate with teams across R&D, Operations, Sales, Creative, and IT to ensure projects runs smoothly-from brainstorming ideas to final launch. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and skilled in managing timelines and teamwork, this role is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

* Plan, oversee, and guide projects from brainstorming to completion, ensuring goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

* Create and manage project charters, roadmaps, Gantt charts, calendars, and timelines to keep teams aligned.

* Define and assign tasks using WBS tools to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

* Analyze progress and provide clear, timely updates to keep stakeholders informed.

* Contribute to and lead brainstorming sessions

* Partner with various departments to align goals, streamline processes, and maintain efficient communication throughout the project.

* Facilitate meetings to address project needs, resolve issues, and maintain progress.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, or Project Management) or equivalent experience

* Minimum 1 year of experience managing cross-functional projects, including product development, ERP customization, or process improvements

* Expertise in project management tools such as Charters, Roadmaps, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, risk logs, and RACI matrix

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proven track record of completing tasks on time and driving accountability within teams

* Exceptional organizational skills

* Proficiency in project management software (Asana preferred)

* Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and presentation tools

* Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and methodologies (preferred)

* PMP certification (highly desirable)

Pay:

$24 - $28 per hour
