Everyone who joins our team goes through training at the start as well as annually to be up to date with the standards which builds an important foundation to lead the industry.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are hiring an Install Project Manager to lead our residential installation team. You do not need experience in HVAC or construction as the industry specific knowledge will be part of the training. This individual will be responsible for leading the team, managing the calendar, overseeing projects, working with contractors and home owners, working with vendors & suppliers, analyzing data to improve processes, run daily & weekly meetings, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This individual is able to lead, a consistent manager, organized, tech capable, and possesses top-level communication skills. This position is hourly based. We provide a competitive salary with great benefits such as medical, vision, HSA maximum contribution, paid holidays, & a vacation fund. We will soon be adding dental and retirement funding. There will be thorough training for every aspect of this position until you are confident and will hit the ground running.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Install Project Manager will lead and manage the install team conducting daily team meetings and leading projects to ensure proper operations. This role involves scheduling and coordinating teams to jobs and coordinating schedules with contractors. You will bid on projects as well as manage and oversee projects from inception to completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering parts, tracking shipments, and managing inventory.A critical aspect of this position is customer communication. You will provide consistent updates to customers regarding job status and follow up to ensure quality control and satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining shelving storage systems, ensuring product registration, dialing in processes, creating new systems for improvement, and more.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSWe seek a candidate with exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with top-level communication abilities with customers, vendors, and team members. You should be tech-friendly and capable of adapting to new technologies, punctual and reliable, and committed to continuous improvement and growth. The ability to set and achieve goals, strong training and study habits, and proven ability to communicate ideas and resolve issues are essential. Experience with strong leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset is important.COMPENSATIONWe offer a competitive salary, along with opportunities for continuous learning and improvement.
