This role will work primarily remote with some onsite meetings quarterly. The Project Manager is responsible for coordination and completion of projects through setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.Responsibilities:Oversees the successful execution of assigned projects by managing all aspects, including planning, delegation, progress tracking, and reporting.Develops detailed project plans to meet objectives within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Fosters collaboration with team members, vendors, and cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.Regularly evaluates project progress and budgets, providing timely updates through appropriate communication channels.Designs and implements adaptable work plans to accommodate shifting priorities and evolving requirements.Supervises daily project operations, ensuring adherence to scope and managing approved change requests effectively.Directs the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, adhering to established methodologies and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.Assembles and leads project teams, assigning roles, establishing timelines, and aligning resources to achieve deliverables.Leverages tools like Adobe Workfront, Gantt charts, and spreadsheets to monitor progress and maintain transparency.Demonstrates technical acumen to evaluate requests from specialists and technical teams, ensuring practical implementation.Enforces compliance with relevant processes, standards, and methodologies across all project stages.Produces key project documentation, including schedules, communication plans, meeting notes, and progress reports.Drives continuous improvement in project management processes, adopting best practices to enhance organizational performance.Supports process improvement initiatives, utilizing frameworks like DMAIC to identify and address inefficiencies.Collaborates closely with managers and colleagues to meet overarching portfolio and program objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; five or more years of experience in a dedicated information technology project management position practicing in current project management methodology.(PMP) certification required.Demonstrates advanced knowledge in project lifecycle management and project planning; project scope, tracking, and measurement; and resource and risk management.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, and SharePoint, is required.
