• Strong Project Management Skills by having PMP/ Scrum Masters are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good Banking Development project experiences more than 10 years are required.
• Good documentation skills with analytic and evaluation capabilities of project deliverables are required.
• Not only managing project progress but also to move forward as a leader always for better outcome and success is required.
• Understanding of business needs and negotiating capability with business users for better outcome and deliverable is required.
• Overall Banking Domain knowledge for corporate banking/ Treasury banking, payment, fraud management, risk management is required.
• Strong Project Management Skills (PMP/ Scrum Masters)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Banking project experiences
