Project Manager - Legacy Talent Search : Job Details

Legacy Talent Search is hiring a Project Manager in Greenville. This company has built an excellent name for itself over the years and has grown to be a leader in its industry. • Bachelor's Degree in construction management, construction engineering management, civil or mechanical engineering, or related field
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• 7+ years experience in heavy civil, mechanical, marine, or underwater construction industries
• Experience and knowledge of construction contracts, including general and special terms
• Experience with proven results in claims management and dispute resolution
• Experience with Design-Build, EPC, ECI, CMAR or other alternate procurements
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as with a team
• Great work ethic and teamwork skills.

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Greenville, SC
• Pay: $110,000/year to $150,000/year
