Position Overview:

The Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and pipelines. This position ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards, supporting the company's reputation for excellence in the civil construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Cost Management & Risk Mitigation: Manage budgets and proactively mitigate risks to ensure cost-effective, successful project outcomes.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and maintaining high productivity levels.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary client liaison, providing updates and ensuring project alignment and satisfaction.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulations and promote a safety-first culture through inspections and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing water and wastewater projects or Heavy Civil Concrete/Concrete Structures.
• Or a Civil Engineering Graduate with relevant experience looking to kickstart their career.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with water/wastewater-specific software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.

Certifications:

• PMP, OSHA, or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
