Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor costs, prepare estimates, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards and ensure all work meets or exceeds industry expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with expertise in residential and commercial projects.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Compensation:

$75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
