Project Manager - Metric Geo : Job Details

We are partnered with a leading construction management firm to find a Project Manager for their growing Mission Critical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-stakes projects in the data center and mission-critical construction space, with a focus on delivering excellence and innovation.

This project is based in South Bend, IN. This can be a traveling role, with monthly travel and housing allowance, or local with a generous relocation package.

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring budget, schedule, and contractual requirements are met. Responsibilities include managing risk, quality, team progress, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project schedules.
• Represent the company with clients, architects, consultants, and authorities.
• Administer financial aspects of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Establish project milestones, budgets, and safety plans during start-up.
• Manage procurement, document control, and trade buyouts.
• Attend and chair project meetings as needed.
• Oversee requisitions, payments, and cash flow.
• Execute project closeout, including documentation, training, and punch lists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including managing mission-critical projects.
• Strong business judgment, organizational skills, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with high stakes and tight deadlines.
• Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage change, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
