We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of manufacturing projects.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tank and vessel manufacturing projects, from initial planning through to delivery and commissioning. You will work closely with design engineers, production teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts. Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure all phases of production are on track.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to keep the project within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project's scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the highest level of quality in the finished product.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors. Provide direction and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, change orders, and any other relevant documentation. Provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing projects in the manufacturing, construction, or fabrication industry, with a strong focus on tanks, pressure vessels, or similar products.
  • Strong knowledge of tank and vessel design, fabrication processes, codes, and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, etc.).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing environments.
  • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not required).
