Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of residential real estate development projects, from acquisition to completion. You will be responsible for managing project teams, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Milestone focuses on the acquisition/rehabilitation of existing affordable housing development and building new affordable, market and mixed-income multi-family.

Compensation:
Anticipated Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000. Performance-based annual or milestone bonuses and potential shares of equity may also be offered and/or earned depending on qualifications in addition to salary.
