Great client in York County, PA seeking an experienced Project Manager. Seeking candidate with experience handling custom projects in machining and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to align on project goals and milestones.

Technical Oversight:

• Ensure that industrial automation systems meet design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges during project implementation.

Budget Management:

• Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience managing industrial automation projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and related industrial automation technologies. (PREFRERRED)
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications.
