About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of machinery projects from purchase order to installation. You'll manage projects after the sale, guiding them through engineering, operations, delivery, and beyond. This role requires breaking down barriers, bridging gaps between teams, and managing resistance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer specifications. You will act as the key liaison between sales, operations, engineering, and the customer throughout the project lifecycle, with sales handling the initial sale and the PM taking over from there. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the mission to innovate and excel.
