Overview:
CSP is partnering with a construction site development contractor in the Baltimore area to hire a Project Manager. The PM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Providing administrative and technical services in the fields of scheduling, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and report financial performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure that all work meets company and regulatory standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of project management experience in construction, preferably site development
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local construction codes and safety regulations.
