Needing a Project Manager in Syracuse New York. Successful candidate will:

line with cross-functional teams

• Construct business case, including value projections and detailed investment estimate; ensure these are aligned with product definition

• Track objectives and key results to assess benefit realization of products

• Support change mgmt. and product roll-out plan, with help from the change mgmt. team as needed

• Implement marketing, sales, business development, user acquisition, and user support strategies

• Provide support to product & technical workstreams (e.g., RFP support, stakeholder mgmnt, value alignment, IT governance, IT PMO)

• Experience working on digital product teams highly preferred

• Experience designing and refining value case (e.g., financial value to the business, strategic value, etc.)

• Experience in defining, testing, and refining product assumptions

• Experience in Agile product or project management

• At least 1-2 years working with (or within) a public utility

• Financial modeling and value case development experience

• Bachelors degree in business, technology, engineering or relevant field
