A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in (Doors, Frames, and Hardware). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing door and hardware projects from start to finish, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multiple door vendors and manage all aspects of door, frame, and hardware projects.
  • Review project details, including pricing, design, and specifications; address errors or concerns with clients.
  • Estimate material needs according to company policies and local building codes.
  • Identify door deficiencies, recommend corrective action plans, and ensure code compliance.
  • Assist operations with commercial door, frame, and hardware estimating and pricing.
  • Conduct comprehensive take-offs for commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
  • Support the sales team during estimating and buy-out phases by providing product knowledge and expertise.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications, guide team members on construction procedures.
  • Compare actual material usage against estimates at project completion.Secondary Responsibilities
  • Provide additional verification and review of orders for operations teams when needed.
  • Review revised project documents and changes when schedule permits.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
    • 7+ years of experience in the Doors, Frames, and Hardware field.
