We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of cutting-edge industrial and commercial projects. From groundbreaking data centers to advanced manufacturing facilities, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to bring complex, energy-efficient designs to life. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project planning, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for energy-efficient MEP, HVAC and Building systems.
  • Manage multi-million dollar HVAC, MEP or Mechanical projects from inception through to completion
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, budget forecasts, and milestone achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for sustainable building design and construction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • A proven track record in design, estimating and management of HVAC/MEP projects
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC or Building Systems, or design tools such as Revit, Autocad or Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for sustainable building practices and a desire to work at the forefront of high-performance building systems.
