Project Manager – Leading Deep Foundation Projects
Employment: Full-time
Location: Houston, TX, United States
Duties/Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients while building strategic relationships.
- Prepare proposals, assess risks, optimise bids, and support contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies and proactively mitigate major risks.
- Oversee project planning, including designs, submittals, material procurement, and scheduling.
- Lead project teams, ensuring work meets requirements, stays on schedule, and remains within budget.
- Identify challenges and opportunities to maximise project profitability.
- Track and manage project changes, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and manage A/R collections.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, resolving issues as needed.
- Support teams in safety incidents and exercise stop-work authority when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science or a related field preferred.
- 2+ year of geotechnical, construction, deep foundation or related experience preferred.
