Placement within the wage range is determined by a candidate's relevant experience. Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management, implementation, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with FCN strategy, commitments and goals in collaboration with company leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage planning and implementation on a variety of projects, including definition of project scope, goals, budget, tasks, timelines, resource requirements and deliverables that support our goals.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Schedule and lead/facilitate project team meetings. Prepare agendas; record information, decisions and assignments; and keep team members updated.
- Monitor progress of project milestones and deliverables.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to leadership and process owner as needed.
- Manage changes in project scope in a proactive manner.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues and conflicts in a timely fashion.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members as appropriate.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Seek assistance as needed and communicate questions timely and appropriately.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule (attendance and punctuality).
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of a medical office practice, including administration, technology and clinical processes.

- Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred.
- Seven or more years relevant work experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Facilities experience beneficial, but not required.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
