This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement project plans, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.4. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.6. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.7. Report and escalate to management as needed.8. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.11. Lead and direct the work of others.12. Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 5+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.3. Solid understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, construction management software, and project management systems.6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.8. A team player with leadership abilities.9.
