Metric Geo is proud to partner with a leading Heavy Civil contractor in Alabama to recruit an experienced Project Manager for asphalt projects ranging from $10M to $50M across North Alabama.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

Managing project teams (Superintendents & Engineers)

Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules

Overseeing subcontractor coordination and negotiations

Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site

Handling estimating, change orders, and project reporting

What We're Looking For:

10+ years' experience managing asphalt paving and heavy civil projects

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, grading, and road construction techniques

Proven experience leading projects from $10M to $50M

Expertise in budget control, project scheduling, and contract management
