About Our Client Our client is a long standing general contractor based out of Knoxville. They are well-established, with a reputation for excellence in the Construction department, serving a wide range of clients across the Knoxville area. Job Description

• Manage and lead project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements and deadlines.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
