- Working for a top Developer and closely with reputable general contractors. Client DetailsThis real estate development company is wellknown in the Miami area and works with some of the top general contractors. This developer focuses on very high end/ luxury projects, $100M+, in the multifamily/ residential sector. They are looking to add a qualifiied project manager with GC/ development background to their growing team. DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Multi Family Project Manager are:
- Conducting profit and loss analysis
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Overseeing staff development
- Leading diverse teams
- Providing clear direction to on-sight personnel
- Client management
- Handle financial documents
- Work hand in hand with the superintendent
- Report directly to VP of constructionProfileThe traits for a successful Multi Family Project Manager include:
- 5-10 years experience in the construction industry
- Ground-up multifamily/ luxury residential experience
- Experience with General Contractor or Developer.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
- OSHA 30 hour
- CPR / First Aid / AED Training
- Industry Associations and affiliations
