We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team, playing a key role in supporting the strategy, creative, and production teams in the development and execution of custom creative solutions for advertisers across linear, digital, and streaming platforms. This role is integral to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This position reports to the Sr. Project Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless development, flawless execution, and timely delivery of creative deliverables.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple departments within a large media organization as well as external partners and vendors.
* Optimize workflows, finding efficiencies in processes, budgets, and resources, while managing multiple fast-paced projects.
* Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, effective information flow, and alignment between all working teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee project timelines and schedules, from RFP receipt through creative delivery and trafficking, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and expectations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers within required project management systems and tools.
* Field and respond to requests for materials, managing both outgoing and incoming assets.
* Oversee the award submissions for the entire department.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management within a marketing, creative or production team, preferably in a media or entertainment environment.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a self-starter mentality.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong conceptual and strategic skills with the ability to see the big picture, understand project goals, and break them down into actionable tasks that drive results.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to receive direction and implement feedback effectively.
* Adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to managing challenges and finding solutions.
* Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset that fosters team success.
* Knowledge of post-production processes and experience managing creative assets.
* Ability to work efficiently while balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field
* 5+ years project management experience
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 + sales incentive commission eligible
