Project Manager NIH - Cape Fox Corporation : Job Details

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Hamilton, MT in support of the NIH to provide program management for the Procurement Technician and Invoice Specialists Roles in AMOB. Train new contractor staff. Assist the Federal Task Leader with workload management activities. Continually seek efficiencies and implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency. Serve as a liaison between the Procurement Technicians & Invoice Specialists, and the Purchasing Agents and Contract Specialists they support. Assist with development and maintenance of SOPs for internal procedures by occupation. Serve as a backup to assist the Procurement Technicians and Invoice Specialists, as necessary. Assist with conducting monthly team meetings. Provide quality control for post award electronic simplified acquisition files.
