St. Jude seeks a highly motivated project management professional to join the Office of Quality and Patient Safety. This role plays a crucial role in managing a portfolio of institutional improvement projects, including using robust improvement methods, tracking timelines, milestones, and identifying barriers to progress. In this position, you will be responsible to collaborate with leadership within the Office of Quality and Patient Safety and team members across many different departments across St. Jude, especially those engaged in the annual improvement projects. You will also manage the annual institutional quality planning process and manage progress on annual goals across the team. You will collaborate with and update key partners, such as nursing, information services, clinical operations, and strategic planning throughout the year.
Successful individuals in this role will be able to systematically manage multiple large projects at a strategic level, which will often require guiding and coaching other project managers and members of improvement teams. Success in this role will often require assimilating information from many sources and advising leadership on how best to advance progress. Therefore, the ideal candidate will combine project management skills with problem solving and advisory skills.

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
