The Project Manager will play a key role in focusing on projects aimed at improving efficiency and supporting operational excellence across the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance functions. This position will convene and lead cross-disciplinary teams to drive projects that will help the company meets it operational & financial goals. The Project Manager will not only manage but also track, assess, and report on the success of these projects to senior leadership. This is a dynamic, varied role that will be focused on projects across the entire operating side of the business and will provide exceptional exposure to many parts of the company. The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator comfortable with working outside of traditional organizational structures to get projects across the finish line
What You Will Do At Acme:
* Project Manage the implementation of operational and cost-savings initiatives that focuses on process improvements.
* Lead cross-disciplinary project teams, establishing project timelines, action items, and facilitate regular project meetings.
* Balance a portfolio of multiple projects across several different departments, prioritizing based on input from leadership as well as project needs.
* Develop budgets for and track financial spend against these initiatives and deliver on the anticipated financial impact to the operation.
* Collaborate with teams to analyze data on supply chain performance, production output, and financial metrics to identify areas for improvements.
* Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on revenue goals and project milestones.
* Prepare and present regular project updates and reports for leadership, summarizing key progress points and any obstacles.
* Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to propose ideas for potential operations initiatives.
* Collaborate with team members to gather data and develop reports on trends and performance.
* Conduct research and provide insights on best practices for operational improvements.
* Other duties as assigned.
About You
Your Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, communications, or related field.
* 5+ years professional experience in cross-functional project management, operations support, or strategic planning position.
* Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or related industries a plus.
* Experience in operational management or efficiency strategies.
Your Skills & Abilities:
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Motivated self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative and developing project plans for review and approval.
* Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of organizational hierarchy, from senior leadership to production staff.
* Experience with Strategic Planning, Cross-functional Project Management, and/or senior leadership interaction is a plus.
* Demonstrated interest in operations management, strategic planning, and/or project management.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to work on financial modeling and data analysis.
* Proactive and collaborative team player.
* Comfortable using project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
* Completion of training programs as assigned and/or required including standard of work.
Physical Requirements:
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer or prolonged periods of standing.
* Potential travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
* This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
