Due to this growth we are looking to add a Project Manager with Healthcare Construction experience to our growing team.This role is based out of the Manassas VA market.Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects within the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on hospital developments. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion within the healthcare sector.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and budget adherence.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within healthcare or hospital projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
