General Contractor is looking for an experienced, Savannah based Project Manager to lead local projects.

Client Details

Our client is a general contractor who has been established in the industry for over 100 years with offices in multiple regions. The firm is expanding operations to Savannah and have a strong leadership and business development team established for the region. The firm focuses on several sectors all within the commercial construction space allowing for diversity in project pipeline and the ability to have a consistent and strong pipeline.

Description

• Run/manage projects from start to finish
• Manage Savannah Construction team
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

Required

• Experience managing construction projects in the Savannah climate
• Experience with ground up construction including site work and utilities
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Must be based in the Savannah area
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
