About Our ClientMy client is a national, mid-sized general contractor in the Greater St. Louis area that is quickly growing with a strong pipeline of work for 2025. Due to this growth, plans have been implemented to expand that workload as well as grow their internal teams to plan for the future. They work on design build and interior build out projects in the retail space. They are looking for someone who is loyal and looking for growth opportunities within the company.   • Organize and supervise the construction team on and off-site.
  • Collaborate with design team to assure project plans.
  • Create bid packages for scope of work.
  • Create a preliminary project schedule.
  • Communicate with team on budget, schedule, quality, and safety of projects.
  • Coordinate material procurement.
  • Establish and maintain a submittal process.
  • Work closely with Superintendents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Hold close out meetings.
  • Complete project closeout documents.
  • Financially close out all subcontractors and purchase orders.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar degree
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Interior retail project experience
  • Ability to lead & develop talent
  • Proficient in technology and common PM software's (PlanGrid, Timberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack, and Excel)
