Lead the new product development team in flawless launch activities for new product development. Understand the people, process, and product to identify that will help win or retain business. Identifying additional process and product changes from a cost standpoint. Layout Lipperts and competitors product, good/needs improvement and make Hybrid recommendations, as well as walk senior management through the findings. Develop a 1 year to 5-year product strategy. Build relationships with Sales and Product Management. Perform the quoting and sourcing function for purchased content to support new product development and VAVE activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Prioritize new product list Pull out new product ideas at least quarterly from Product Manager, VP of Sales and VP of OPS, CEO and GM Keeps team members focused on priorities when they change Critical Path Management Establishes timelines, dates, and tasks required to meet the timing Assigns clear tasks to specific team members...Project Manager, Product Development, Product Manager, Manager, Product Management, Product Specialist, Manufacturing
