Description We are in the process of recruiting a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the Education - University sector, located in Burlington, Vermont. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be tasked with leading the creation and implementation of a Clinical Research Data enclave. You will be expected to liaise with data governance, tech, and contract teams while ensuring the project's success.Responsibilities:- Oversee the development and implementation of the Clinical Research Data enclave project.- Coordinate activities across data governance, tech, and contract teams to achieve project milestones.- Act as the primary point of contact for senior-level executives and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.- Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success.- Foster communication and collaboration between different teams involved in the project.- Uphold compliance with regulations and best practices for handling sensitive data throughout the project lifecycle.- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.- Utilize your skills in Database, EO/IR systems, Deliverable, HealthCare Industry, Formal Project Management, IT project management, Project Management, Project Management Process Improvement, Standard Project Management, Proven Project Management, and Data Governance to achieve the objectives of the role. Requirements - Demonstrated experience in Database management and Data Governance- Proficiency in EO/IR systems- Ability to manage and deliver project deliverables within specified timelines- Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry is highly desirable- Formal Project Management skills and knowledge of Project Management Process Improvement- Proven IT project management experience- Broad knowledge of Standard Project Management practices- Proven Project Management skills in a university or similar educational environment- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills- Ability to work in a team as well as independently- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience- Relevant Project Management certifications would be advantageous- Experience in the education sector, particularly at the university level, would be beneficial.
